On Sunday, May 23rd, Emmett, Paul, Grandpa Bob, and I took the light rail
downtown to the new Stadium. Emmett was so excited about riding the "train"
and seeing the baseball players. I packed us some snacks and water.
After finding our seats, we were so hungry so we ate right away. It was
only a few minutes into the game and Emmett was ready to go home. You can
tell from the pics that he was exhausted from the heat and all the
excitement. We left at the end of the 7th inning, but not before having a
soft serve ice cream sundae in a baseball helmet! We went back to
Grandma and Grandpa's to pick up Nate and have a yummy sloppy joe dinner - with
brownies, of course! It was a great day!
