On the 4th we had some fun BBQing with some friends in the area. Before heading out to the fireworks display in CG, we lit a few kid-friendly fireworks in the backyard of our friend's house. As you can see ET was a little sensitive to the noise. He did okay after we offered him a pair of headphones to drown out the noise. Unfornately, we were not going to take Baby Nate to the city fireworks, so Jay and Nate headed home early.
ET played at the park while we waited for the fireworks to begin.
His headphones...Don't laugh! :)
