After falling off his bike outside and scraping his ankle badly..."Mommy, can I go back outside and look for the skin I lost?" - August '12

Retirement/Birthday Party!

On Sunday, July 18th, we had Jay's family over for a retirement party for his dad and a birthday party for his mom. Both his parents are retired now, and so we wanted to celebrate them in a special way. Jay made the L chicken BBQ again. We had a very special time together and made great memories. We surprised them with a computer and printer, that we paid a portion of.
Auntie T's family stayed with us this weekend for two nights, and it was such a good time to have together. ET thought it was the coolest thing that his cousins were sleeping over!
I completely forgot to take pics the first half of the day - whoops. My pics start with laying ET down for his much needed nap. We followed lunch with a game of croquet and ladderball. Lastly, we had cake and Grandma and Papa opened their present.
