ET's birthday party with the Mathson family!

ET celebrated his third birthday with the Mathson side of the family yesterday. Papa B, and Gma D, and Auntie T's family came. We were lucky once more with the weather. It started raining hard just as everyone was saying their goodbyes. ET received a sprinkler, and a puzzle from Papa and Gma. He received a movie and puzzle from Great Gma M. Lastly, a book, Candyland game, and a sweatshirt from Auntie T and family. We ate shredded chicken sandwiches, salad, raspberry jello salad, fresh fruit and vegies, chips, and curds. It was a great day!

I was pretty proud of him. He actually was interested in the cards before the gift opening. He was slow to open each card, but insisted on doing it himself.

I think he was sick of getting his picture taken. :)

Mmmmm! Yummy, ice cream cake! I cut the pieces so big. ET ate his whole piece and still had room for Gma D's special brownies!

ET found a caterpillar in the backyard with his cousins!

He was laughing hysterically because it kept crawling up his arm to his shoulder. We kept bringing it down to his hand, but it kept crawling back up. ET was saying, "Don't crawl in my nose, worm!"

Later that evening, ET had to open his new sprinkler. It is pretty fun. The water squirts out of three different places! Thanks Papa B and Gma D!
