Great Grandpa Jim's birthday!

On Saturday, we were invited to Grandpa Jim and Grandma Margo's house to celebrate Gpa Jim's birthday and his retirement of all his bands. It was so nice to be able to see both sets of family's on or near Thanksgiving. My sister and her daughters even flew in from the V.I. to visit for a couple of days. We ordered pizza and a few of us brought desserts to share. Grandpa played some music for us and we played a few trivia games. It was a nice time.

It was fun to watch Nate and cousin Sierra interact and play together. She is quite the talker at this stage and he is a fast mover. Typical boy/girl differences. :)

I love these pics. Nate is such a little cuddle-bug. He just loved hanging out with Great Grandpa Jim. He sat on his lap for probably a good half-hour. :)

It was nice we could get a few group pics as well...

ET had so much fun running around with cousins Sydney and Logan. They explored every nook and cranny of Gma and Gpa's house together. They would go off and play and then come back with rosy cheeks because they were so warm from playing so hard. It reminded me so much of when I was a kid. We used to play "spy" at their house and we would also try to find all the candy dishes grandma would place around the house. We would eat so much candy and be on such a sugar high. I don't know if ET found any candy dishes, but he sure crashed hard when we headed home. :)
